Batik

Traditional Indonesian batik produced with a tjap (wax stamp).

Batik work requires the use of a cold water dye (a hot water dye will melt the wax out, so it will no longer be a resist !)  Drimarene K,  Procion MX, or  Naphtols are the usual choice.
