To fix - simply iron on the reverse side of the fabric.

HOT COLOUR can be used like any other silk dye e.g. Silk Designer and Silk Express, except there is no need for complicated fixation. This product offers a quick and simple solution. To fix simply run a HOT IRON over the finished painting. Paints have a very soft finish. All the usual silk painting techniques e.g. water based gutta, rock salt effect, urea, colour mixing and blending, etc. are entirely suitable and successful with HOT COLOUR.

HOT COLOUR paints can be used on all natural fabrics and most commonly used synthetics.  

HOT COLOUR is also perfect for marbling and sun printing techniques.
